Delivery

Your order is valuable to us. Please go through the disclaimers & stay informed.

Delivery of order will be confirmed on your e-mail as specified during order process.

FlowersAndYou cannot commit any fixed/specific time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 10 am to 8 pm on the given date.

Orders received on any day till 4 p.m. IST will be delivered on same day unless the delivery date is mentioned.

The delivery shall be made at the address which are provided on the orders received by FlowersAndYou and will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

The delivery shall be made only in the cities/locations mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.

Order cannot be cancelled or modified unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.

In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.

Our normal delivery hours are between 10 am – 8 pm
Midnight delivery hours are between 11:30 pm – 12:30 am
Express Delivery is usually completed within 4 hrs or as scheduled.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order. If the recipient is not found at home / office, your order will be delivered to neighbour, reception, or security. Your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. The order will be executed and delivered in the following events:
– Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood.
– Delivery not done due to wrong address.
– Premises locked.
– Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
– Recipient refused the products.

Orders placed for Valentine week (7th – 14th February) cannot be modified/cancelled and we may send substitute products if requested is not available at delivery location.

We cannot commit fixed time delivery for Valentine week due to Valentine’s rush.

We will send alternate product if ordered product is not available at delivery location during Valentine week (7th – 14th February) due to Valentine’s rush without notification.

On occasions such as Diwali, Holi, Mothers Day etc, we can not commit delivery timing.

All items under “GIFTS” category will be delivered through DTDC, Blue Dart or First Flight Courier or any other courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the terms and conditions of such courier companies. If you have ordered multiple products, products (flowers, cakes & chocolates) will be delivered on delivery date and gift items usually take 3-4 working day of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
